Before we begin, I’ll need your completed questionnaire. You should have a clear understanding of your target audience, mission, and products or services. You’ll also need to have your business name finalized.

After leading branding projects at part a studio for 8+ years, I am a well-oiled machine! Timelines ensure I deliver the best results possible. I'll put together a timeline tailored to your project with specific dates so you can look forward to launching your new brand. Be sure to let me know if you have an ideal launch date. Timelines are contingent on your prompt feedback and attention. 

On a case-by-case basis, I offer rush fees for The Flat White and The Chai Latte packages. Rush timing is not available for The Shot of Espresso package.

I do not offer logo-design only. Successful visual brands are the sum of their parts, built upon strategy and carefully crafted.

Rather than burdening you with retainer hours you may not use, we can schedule a half or full-day intensive to address any updates you need!

I use Loom videos (accompanied by a PDF) to send presentations, but I am always happy to set up a follow-up call if you have questions. 

Finding the right words can be difficult, especially if something feels off. Honest, direct, and kind feedback that is based in strategy will get us to the finish line. When presentations are delivered to you, I will outline feedback best-practices to help you communicate your thoughts! 

If you’re not happy after two rounds of refinement, we can continue to refine at an hourly rate as outlined in my contract.

My questionnaire and visual strategy process are in place to help prevent this, so 2 refinement rounds are usually plenty to get things right!

You do! As part of my contract, I assign rights to you, but maintain the right to post my work as part of my portfolio and on social media.

Payments come in 2 waves. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that is paid up front in order to secure your spot with me, and the 50% remainder that can be paid on the estimated end date OR when the project is complete (whichever comes first).

They are not. I only take on a certain amount of clients per month, giving each of my clients the time their brand deserves to develop. Your deposit secures your spot in my schedule, so I can dedicate that time to you!

You must have all website content ready to go by our start date. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date. If you don’t know where to start, we can talk through how to get there!

At this time, I only use Squarespace and believe it is an amazing tool for small businesses.

No. For hosting, you will need to purchase a Squarespace plan. We can go through this process when you are ready to launch your site.

For domains, you will need to purchase your own and provide me with the permissions to access the account (if you do not purchase your domain through Squarespace). GoDaddy integrates well with Squarespace.
