Rouze Works believes in products that matter, teams that stretch, and pushing what’s possible.
The Challenge
Ever wonder what it’s like to push the possible? That’s what Rouzers do. They flip unknowns on their head and craft extraordinary digital experiences that reshape industries and build better futures. They are relentlessly and intentionally collaborative and curious. We were tasked with designing a brand that lived up to this daring personality while positioning them as a leader in their industry.
The Solution
We boldly embodied the relentless spirit of their audiences, the Game Shapers and Story Makers, making visual choices that would awaken the need for action. This visual strategy aligned design with their strategy principle of questioning everything with intentional curiosity while crafting better digital futures for humanity. By leveraging dynamic typography, vibrant color, and AI-generated sci-fi landscapes, we fostered a space where we all push what’s possible, inviting others into Rouze Works’ world to reshape what’s next together with unwavering curiosity.

Engaged with the whole project cycle, I worked closely with the strategy team during the strategy phase before fully taking over brand design and brand guidelines. I then oversaw applications of the brand as well as website design. As the voice of the brand, I presented all concepts and led internal critiques to refine and elevate the project.

Game Shapers (partners) want to create change and shape our collective futures. They bring about things that may have previously been unthinkable. As multipliers, they also amplify the intelligence, capability, and capacity of those around them.
Story Makers (the internal team) put things into action, bringing them to life. They bring a hands-on sense of craftsmanship and creativity to everything they transform.

Identity Concepts
Craft Futures
Makers are craftsmen, taking individual blocks that might be boring by themselves and transforming them into something exciting. Square blocks are reshaped into circular forms, working together to create a carefully crafted “R” representing the new and extraordinary futures Rouze Works crafts as a team.
Intentionally Curious
Being intentional with curiosity means asking the right questions to push possibilities. A single letter, the Z in Rouze, is the symbol of intentionally breaking the inertia of the mundane with a curious mind. It interrupts the sameness that is prevalent in the world.
Reshape
The possible is all around us and ever-changing. We shape and transform it until it comes into focus. Two organic R’s come together as one, shaping our collective future and representing that just because futures aren’t linear, doesn’t mean they aren’t insanely better. We embrace an exciting, winding journey.

COLOR PALETTE
Starting with a saturated navy, we evoked trustworthiness and ambition, while luminous yellow and striking red-orange inspire creativity and optimism, drawing others into a collaborative, results-driven craft. Aqua flows freely like crystal-clear waters, creating a tranquil space for thoughtful transformation while white, creates a welcoming space for curious growth.

The Game Shaper pushes through in a burst of energy and awakens excitement. Visually, this rousing is depicted through transformative energy that stirs up experimental curiosity.
Photography
We tell our stories through mind-blowingly creative landscapes. These lands of grandeur transform the unknown, reshaping the idea of what is possible by making it an thrilling reality to explore collectively. These mesmerizing, yet calm, spaces invite others into the Rouze world, allowing everyone to walk the road to better futures together.
